Parrot well known for its range of flying drones has this week announced that their two new Parrot MiniDrones will be launching in the US during August of this year.
There are two new Parrot MiniDrones in the range at the current time take the form of the ultra compact, lightweight and robust, Rolling Spider that is capable of flying and the Parrot Jumping Sumo MiniDrone. Check out both in action in the promotional videos after the jump.
Both drones are supplied with a companion application called FreeFlight 3, that allows you to control the drones and also see live footage from the Parrot Jumping Sumo Mini Drone built-in camera, directly on your smartphone or tablet screen. Parrot explains a little more about their new Parrot MiniDrone vehicles.
“Parrot Rolling Spider is an ultra-compact flying drone with impressive agility. It flies indoor and outdoor with great speed and stability. It rips through the air, flips and thanks to its removable wheels, rolls from floor to ceiling.
