Valve has also made available their new Steam Controller which is available to purchase price of $49.99 and the Valve Steam Link hardware which is also available to purchase price of $49.99.
To recap Valve Steam Machines are PC style games consoles that have been built to run Valve’s SteamOS and ship complete with a Steam Controller offering a powerful gaming system.
The Steam Link hardware that also officially launched today has been designed to allows existing Steam gamers to access the range of their current games across their home network. By simply connecting the new adapter to your Steam PC or Steam Machine to generate a link that supports 1080p streaming. Valve explains more :
