Japanese designer Hiroshi Kajimoto has come up with a new design for the umbrella, his design is called the UnBrella and it is basically an upside down umbrella.
As you can see from the photo and the video below, the actual fabric of the UnBrella is the opposite way to a normal umbrella, the wire frame is actually on the outside of the UnBrella instead of the inside.
Apparently the design will allow you to enclose the wet part of the UnBrella when it is closed, gathering all the moisture into one spot, although we are not sure you you would dry the UnBrella out.
It certainly is an interesting design of the umbrella, which has had the same design for the last few centuries, it will go on sale in Japan shortly.
The UnBrella will retail for the equivalent of $95 in Japan, and the designer is taking pre-orders of this upside down umbrella at the moment, you can find out more details over at H Concept at the link below.
