A new portable 3D printer that is capable of being folded up or down to help with transportation, has been launched this week via the Kickstarter crowdfunding website by 3DSTUFFSNL, a development company based in the Netherlands.
The TOPEEDOBOT wireless connectable, portable 3D printer has been constructed using a strong yet lightweight aluminium framework and is capable of near silent print operation, as well as being able to print in multiple colours, says its creators.

TOPEEDOBOT was designed to be light weight, strong, precise and simple. The 3d printer is easy to build or set-up and designed to be controlled via a desktop computer, a laptop, a mobile device or operate stand alone. The printer is equipped with an in built SD card reader, an LCD display and an optional WiFi module. TOPEEDOBOT enables you to convert your 3D models into real physical objects using a wide variety of materials in various colors.
