Two brothers Spencer & Clinton with over 20 years of combined experience in design & mechanical engineering are looking to launch their new MacBook Pro cooler called the TILT, and have started their journey over on the Kickstarter website.
If you own a MacBook Pro you will already know how hot the underneath of the laptop can get. The brothers have designed the TILT to help reduce your laptops heat and retain the “cool” look of your MacBook Pro in the process, creating the first cooling stand specifically designed & engineered for the aluminium unibody MacBook Pro. Watch the video after the jump to see it in action.
The TILT functions as a desktop stand, lap cooling pad and tripod stand all in one sleek portable device, its creators Spencer & Clinton explain:
“No more bulky stands or pads that slip off your MacBook Pro. With a simple click, The TILT’s patent-pending MaxGrip Mobility system safely and seamlessly mounts to the bottom of your MacBook Pro so it fits tight and secure allowing for complete portability. Move it from your desk, to your lap to virtually anywhere with ease. No assembly needed and safely detaches or reattaches in seconds.”
The brothers are now looking for you to help them make the jump from concept to production, so if you think their concept is worthy of a pledge jump over to the Kickstarter website now to make yours.
