Thermaltake and just unveiled their latest power supply the Thermaltake 80 PLUS Gold Toughpower Grand. Aimed at high-end PCs the new power supply is certified 80 PLUS Gold which guarantees and your friendly PSU that has a 90% efficiency and a 0.95 active power factor when the load is 50%.
To extend the life of the internal components and how supplied is fitted with a unique FanDelayCool mechanism that keeps the 14 cm fans running for up to 30 seconds after the system was shut down to help gradually cool its components.
The Toughpower Grand is also fitted with two sets of antivibration gaskets to keep sand to a minimum and will be available in both a 650 W and 750 W.
