The Freedom 251 is a new Android smartphone that it launching in India and the device will cost under $4.
The handset will come with Android 5.1 Lollipop and will feature a qHD display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, the device will come with a 1.3GHz quad core processor.
Other specifications on the device will include 1GB of RAM and 8 GB of storage, the handset will also come with a microSD card slot.
The handset also comes with 3G, dual SIM card slots and dual cameras, on the front there ios a 0.3 megapixel camera and on the back there is a 3.2 megapixel camera.
The Freedom 251 is only available in India and it is possible that the device is backed by the government which would explain why it is available for such a low price.
