Tesla has expanded its launch of its electric vehicles to another country, the Tesla Model S is now available in Australia, and Tesla is also planning to launch a new charging network in Australia.
As well as the launch of the Tesla Model S in Australia, the company has launched two supercharger stations, one is located in their Sydney showroom and the other at the Star Casino in Darling Harbour.
Tesla also has plans for more of their stores in Australia, and the company is looking at launching one in Melbourne next, and they also plans to build more supercharger stations.
Prices for the Tesla Model S start at $117,000, this is for the standard model with the 60 KW battery that has a range of 390 KM, the company also offers their 85KW model and the new Tesla Model S P85D in Australia which has a 0 to 100 km speed of jusy 3.4 seconds.
