Tesla has revealed that it will double its global charger network ahead of the launch of their new Tesla Model 3.
The Tesla Model 3 is already a very popular car for the electric car company, they have now received around 600,000 pre-orders of the model 3.
This will mean that there will be a larger demand for Tesla chargers when the model 3 launches and Tesla has revealed that it will double is global supercharger network form 5,000 to 10,000 by the end of the year, there will be a total of 15,000 Destination Chargers.
The company will start mass production of the new Tesla Model 3 later this year, it will be the company’s most affordable electric car to date.
The Model 3 is said to have a range of around 250 miles and it will apparently have a 0 to 60 miles per hour time of under six seconds.
