US mobile carrier T-Mobile has added a new budget Android smartphone to its range, the Samsung Galaxy Light, which should be headed to the carrier shortly.
The Samsung Galaxy Light is equipped with a 4 inch display that features a WVGA resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, the handset is powered by a quad core 1.4GHz processor and also comes with 1GB of RAM.
Other specifications on the Samsung Galaxy Light include front and rear facing cameras, on the front of the handset we have a VGA camera for video chat.
On the back of the handset there is a 5 megapixel camera for photos and video, the device also comes with a 1,800 mAh battery, WiFi and Bluetooth.
The specifications on the handset seem not bad for a budget device, considering that it comes with a quad core processor and Android 4.2.2. Jelly Bean, whether this will be a decent budget Android smartphone all depends on how much it will retail for.
T-Mobile did not give a specific launch date for the Samsung Galaxy Light on its network, they also did not reveal any details on pricing, as soon as we get some further details we will let you guys know.
