If your iPhone gets stolen, the activation lock on the handset makes it hard for someone to reset and use your device, things are a little different on the Apple Watch.
According to a recent report by iDowloadblog, resetting the Apple Watch is a lot easier than an iPhone, which means if your device is stolen, then someone else could use it.
The video below shows how easy it is to completely reset the Apple Watch, which could then be used as a new device by someone else.
As we can see in the video, it is easy to bypass the passcode on the Apple watch and reset the device, this is because the Apple Watch does not have the activation lock feature like the iPhone. Hopefully this is something that Apple may implement in the future.
