Speakal has unveiled a new iPhone and iPod dock that has some balls. Technically, they are called spheres and are actually the iCrystals speakers. Each of the speakers has an inverted pyramid that glows blue.
The glowing is just for bling, but it does actually look sort of cool. Speakal is offering the dock in black, white, and red colors. In addition to the iPod and iPhone dock built into the iCrystal it also has a 3.5mm input for use with PCs or other MP3 players.
The iCrystal can be powered by four AA batteries or via the AC outlet. Speakal is shipping the iCrystal right now for $79.99 and it is “Made for iPod” certified.
