Some of our readers will remember the Sony Xperia Sola which was announced a while back, Sony have yet to give an exact launch date for the device, although it looks like it is now available in Hong Kong for about $387.
The Sony Xperia Sola features a 3.7 inch Reality Display with Sony’s Mobile BRAVIA Engine, and the handset is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread,with an ICS update promised for the summer.
Other specifications on the Sony Xperia Sola include a dual core 1GHz processor, plus XLOUD and 3D surround sound, and the handset will come with NFC and will also use Sony’s Smart Tag technology and the device will come with two NFC enabled Smart Tag’s.
As soon as we get some information on when Sony intends to launch the new Xperia Sola in the US and Europe we will let you guys know.
