Sony has this week launched a new kids robotic coding kit offering a smaller and more affordable version of Koov, the company’s coding toy designed specifically for children. The new Koov Trial Kit is priced at $250 and provides children with 86 blocks rather than the larger set 322. The Koov Trial Kit bride is everything you need to build 12 pre-coded robot projects and comes with six lessons teaching children how to program, robotics and more.
“With limited parts and dedicated lessons, the KOOV Trial Kit enables a baseline understanding of KOOV coding, robotics, and design while in consideration of the comprehensive Educator’s Kit solution that’s perfect for STEAM education in the classroom or at home. The KOOV app has a dedicated trial learning course and robot recipes for students to gain familiarity with coding, robotics and design. The Classroom Management Software is included.
