Jeremy Smith has created an easy way for anyone to add USB charger port to an already existing electrical outlet without the need to carry out any extra wiring.
The SnapPower Charger takes the form of a USB charger outlet cover plate that includes a single USB connection that is capable of providing 1-amp of charge to make sure your mobile devices are always topped up.

The slimline outlet cover plate installs in minutes and is capable of replacing any standard outlet without the need for any wiring. Its creator explains a little more :
“Wiring is a buzzkill. The SnapPower Charger installs in literally seconds, and requires no wiring whatsoever. Even when charging your devices, both outlets remain open and available for other uses at all times.
With custom-built components engineered to fit entirely inside the cover plate, it’s the sleekest, most low profile charger around. Its slim design allows furniture to be positioned snug against the wall. The side access to the charging port enables you to plug your USB cables in with no hassle.
Unlike plug-in adapters that get shuffled around from room to room (and eventually lost), the SnapPower Charger is securely screwed to the outlet and always there when you need it.”
