If you have never driven around on a nice day in a convertible, it’s hard to describe the feeling of wind in your hair. There have been convertible trucks and cars produced over the years, but a new type of convertible has been shown off in Germany. This is a convertible RV.
The vehicle has a large roof section over the driver area that slides back to let in the wind and the views. The RV is described as a smaller unit measuring in at 23-feet long and 10-feet high. It uses a 2.2L Multijet engine making about 150hp.
The roof section sits on rails and slides back at the press of a button. All the other items you expect in an RV are there including beds, bathroom with toilet and sink, and a kitchen with sink and gas stove as well as a refrigerator. It also has garage space that will fit scooters, bikes, and luggage.
