Sony has announced that the SIM free versions of its latest Android smartphones are now available in the US, the range includes the Sony Xperia S, the Sony Xperia P and the Sony Xperia U.
All three devices are available SIM free direct from Sony, with the Xperia S retailing for $559.99,the Xperia P retailing for $479.99 and the Xperia U retailing for $299.99.
The Sony Xperia S comes with a 4.3 inch HD touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, there is also a dual core 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a 1.3 megapixel front camera and a 12 megapixel rear camera.
The Sony Xperia P features Android 2.3 Gingerbread, plus a 4 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels,there is a dual core 1GB processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of built in storage, an 8 megapixel rear camera and a front facing VGA camera.
Last up is the Sony Xperia U which comes with a dual core 1GHz processor, a 3.5 inch 854 x 480 pixel resolution display, and a 5 megapixel rear camera plus a front facing VGA camera.
