The CAT B15 Android smartphone conforms to IP67 certification,the device is designed to be water and dust resistant and it can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.
The CAT B15 comes with Android Jelly Bean and features a 4-inch WVGA screen, dual-core 1GHz Cortex-A9 processor, 512MB of RAM and a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera.
