Sharkoon has announced the release of a new keyboard and mouse set in the form of the affordable Shark Zone GK15 Gaming Kit which is now available throughout Europe priced at just €29.99.
The kit includes a rubber dome gaming keyboard features a 3-block layout with an integrated palm rest and function keys with preset multimedia actions. Together with a number of lighting effects that can be set to illuminate in either red, green or yellow.
The keys Sharkoon says are good for an operating life cycle of a minimum of 10 million keystrokes and the laser gaming mouse comes with a built-in PixArt sensor with up to 3200 DPI and five factory preset DPI steps.
The SHARK ZONE GK15 stays with its black and yellow SHARK ZONE design and looks great on a desk with no other lighting. Thanks to its LED illumination, the mouse-keyboard duo brings color to the game. Even with its gaming mouse, interchangeable arrow keys and multi-key rollover, the keyboard scores with more than just gamers. Thanks to the integrated palm rest, hours of comfortable typing is no problem. The optical mouse, with its distinctive illuminated stripes and symmetrical design, is suitable for use with both the left and right hand, and has up to 3,200 DPI.
Individual adjustments to the illumination and color settings are a breeze with the GK15 keyboard. The background illumination colors of green, red or yellow adjust easily with a simple keystroke. In addition to the illumination intensity, a pulsating effect is also selectable, in which the keyboard successively displays all three colors. The GK15 mouse displays the selected DPI step in either green, blue, yellow, purple or red.
Through shortcuts, the practical gaming mode with disabled Windows key can be selected. All keys on the keyboard can be locked, if desired. Also, the functions of the WASD keys can be interchanged virtually with the arrow keys. For even simpler use, the keyboard has eleven total function keys available with preset multimedia actions. With a simple click, the media player, web browser and e-mail can be comfortably launched, for example. The desired volume level can also adjusted easily.
