Sanyo has added another video camera to their Xacti range with the launch of the Sanyo Xacti CG110 HD Camcorder.
The Sanyo Xacti CG110 HD Camcorder can record Full HD video in 1080p at 60fps, and it comes with a 14.4 megapixel sensor for taking still pictures. There is also a 2.7 inch fold-out LCD display, which makes it easy to frame your shots and review your footage on the go.

Memory and Storage Options
On top of that, the Sanyo Xacti CG110 comes with 16GB of built-in memory, which provides ample space for storing your videos and photos. However, if you need more storage, the camcorder also features an SD card slot that can take both SDHC and SDXC memory cards. This means you could add up to another 64GB of memory, giving you plenty of room for extended shooting sessions without worrying about running out of space.
Advanced Features and Connectivity
Other features include digital image stabilization, which helps to reduce camera shake and produce smoother videos, even when shooting handheld. The face detection feature ensures that your subjects are always in focus, making it easier to capture clear and sharp images of people. Additionally, the built-in flash allows you to take better photos in low-light conditions.
For connectivity, the Sanyo Xacti CG110 offers USB 2.0 and HDMI ports. The USB 2.0 port allows for easy transfer of your videos and photos to your computer, while the HDMI port lets you connect the camcorder directly to your HDTV for playback in high definition. This makes it convenient to share your videos and photos with friends and family on the big screen.
The Sanyo Xacti CG110 will be available in Japan in April. However, there are no details as yet on when we are likely to see the Sanyo Xacti CG110 in the US and Europe, and no details on pricing have been released.
In summary, the Sanyo Xacti CG110 HD Camcorder is a versatile and feature-rich device that caters to both video enthusiasts and casual users. Its ability to record Full HD video at 60fps, combined with a 14.4 megapixel sensor for still photos, makes it a powerful tool for capturing high-quality content. The additional storage options, advanced features like digital image stabilization and face detection, and convenient connectivity options further enhance its appeal.
Whether you’re looking to document your travels, create home movies, or simply capture everyday moments, the Sanyo Xacti CG110 offers a range of capabilities to meet your needs.
