Samsung has sent out invites for a health-focused event on May 28th in San Francisco. Several people assumed that Samsung may launch a health-related product at the event, but it seems that’s not the case.
Speaking to Re/code, Samsung VP Stefan Heuser said there will be no product announcement at the event. This should put an end to the rumors predicting about a new health-oriented product from Samsung.
Apart from this, Heuser didn’t mention the main objective of the event, and what Samsung will announce there, so it seems it will be interesting to see what the company has in mind. If there are no product announcement, what could the Korean OEM announce at the event?
May 28th is not too far, and it would be interesting to see what Samsung has to announce at the event, if there’s no product. On a side note, LG is holding an event on May 27th as well, where we might see the latest flagship device from the company dubbed as the LG G3.
