Apple will unveil its new iPhone 5 at a press event tomorrow, the new iPhone 5 is rumored to feature a larger 4 inch display, a new dock connector, slimmer design and Apple’s new Nano SIM card.
We heard yesterday that the iPhone 5 is expected to come with 4G LTE connectivity, and now according to a recent report from the Korea Times, Samsung intends to sue Apple when the new iPhone 5 is announced.
Samsung and Apple have been slugging it out in court for quite some time, and Apple were recently awarded damages of over $1 billion from Samsung in the US court case.
Now according to a recent report, if the iPhone 5 does include 4G LTE connectivity, then Samsung intends to sue Apple, as it holds a number of patents relating to 4G LTE.
Samsung are expected to take their new legal action to the US and European courts, and we suspect to get some more details on what they have planned once the new iPhone 5 is released.
