The Samsung Galaxy S5 is expected to be made official this quarter, Samsung may announce the handset at Mobile World Congress next month.
What is more likely is that Samsung will announce the Samsung Galaxy S5 at their own press event, which may take place some time in February or early March.
According to a recent report by Bloomberg, the Galaxy S5 is expected to launch in April, although we previously heard rumors that Samsung will put the handset on sale in March, so it could hit the stores in later March or early April.
The Galaxy S5 is said to come with some impressive specifications, which will apparently include a 64-bit processor, possibly a Samsung Exynos version.
The Galaxy S5 is rumored to feature a 5 inch QHD display that will have a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the device is also said to come with 4GB of RAM.
We are also expecting Samsung to launch their new ISOCELL camera technology in the Galaxy S5, and the handset is expected to feature a 16 megapixel ISOCELL sensor.
When the Samsung Galaxy S4 was launched, Samsung introduced their Eye Pause and Eye Scroll, eye tracking technology, and the company is expected to expand on this we new Eye tracking technology that will be used for security.
Samsung are rumored to include iris reconnection technology in the Galaxy S5, the handsets camera could possibly unlock your device, by scanning your eye, of course this is just a rumored feature at the moment.
