Samsung has been rolling out the Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 4.3 update to the handset on various carriers over the last few week, and now it would appear that we have details on when the update will land on US Cellular.
According to the guys over at Android Police, who have received a leaked internal document for US Cellular, the update will be released at 9.00AM CST on the 8th of November.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update will bring a rage of new features to the device, you can see some of these features listed below.

OpenGL 3.0 Support
TRIM Support (Makes the device much faster)
ANT+ Support
Samsung KNOX Implementation (KNOX bootloader and dedicated application)
Samsung Wallet comes pre-loaded
Improved RAM management
Improved Display colour reproduction (Display looks much sharper than before)
Improved TouchWiz Launcher (Much less launcher redraws and less lag)
New Samsung Keyboard - New Samsung Browser (Full screen by default, new tab interface and more)
New Reading Mode (Optimises display for reading, used by only a few specific applications)
New Camera firmware - Minor UI tweaks (Contacts app, Flashlight Widget, dialog boxes etc)
US Cellular have yet to confirm that the update will be released this Friday the 8th of November, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
