Samsung has sent out press invites for its Unpacked event on August 23rd where the company is expected to announce the highly anticipated Galaxy Note 8.
According to a new leak, the alleged Galaxy Note 8 will launch in Australia on August 23rd as per a new Samsung document.
The pre-orders are expected to commence soon after the launch with the handset hitting the retail shelves sometime in September.
Pre-Order and Retail Availability
Apart from the pre-order date, the document also reveals the details about the carriers and retailers who will sell the device along with the screen replacement program. Under the “Screen Assure” replacement program, the company will offer one time free screen replacement within 12 months of purchase of the Galaxy Note 8, with the promo running until the end of October 2018.
All major carriers are expected to carry the handset, including Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and Virgin Mobile. Retailers include JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Woolworths and Big W stores, The Good Guys, Officeworks, Bing Lee, Retravision stores, J R Duty Free, Nuance and many more.
