We have been hearing a number of rumors about the new Samsung Galaxy Note 6 smartphone, although according to a recent report the handset will have a different name when it launches.
According to ET News the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will actually launch as the Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
Samsung’s current flagships are called the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge and Samsung is looking to skip a version with the Note 6 to launch the handset as the Note 7.
Previous rumors have suggested that the handset will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 823 and 6GB of RAM, the device will apparently feature a 5,8 inch display with a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The device will come with a 12 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front facing camera, the handset is expected to come with Android Marshmallow and launch in August.
