Earlier today we heard that Samsung Pay would launch in September, the news came from a Bloomberg report who were told the launch of Samsung’s mobile payment service had been delayed.
One thing we missed from the report, was that the Samsung executive said that Samsung Pay would launch with the company’s ‘next high end mobile device’, this is likely to be the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
We have heard a number of rumors on the specifications on the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, the device is rumored to come with a 5.4 or 5.5 inch display that will feature an Ultra HD 4K resolution.
Processing on the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is said to come in the form of a yet to be announced Samsung Exynos 7422 processor, this new processor is rumored to feature the CPU, GPU, RAM and an LTE Modem on a single chip.
The new Galaxy Note 5 may also be the first Samsung smartphone to launch with 4GB of RAM and the device is expected to be available in two versions, one with a standard display, the other with a curved display like the Galaxy Note Edge.
As soon as we get some more details on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5, including some actual photos of the device, we will let you guys know.
