We have been hearing a number of rumors about the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 over the last few weeks, yesterday we heard that the handset will go on sale in the UK before the end of September.
Now according to @sammobiles, the Samsung Galaxy Note will ship with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, a Samsung has apparently started testing the latest version of Android internally.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will feature either a 5.7 inch full HD display or a 5.99 inch display, the display will apparently be different for different countries, with either a Super AMOLED display or a Super LCD display.
Samsung will also offer different processors depending on region, there will be a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz for the Europe and US, and a Samsung Exnynos Octa 5420 processor for other countries.
The Note 3 will also come with 3GB of RAM and a choice of 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of built in storage plus a 13 megapixel model with Optical Image Stabilization and advanced features.
