Samsung recently announced the Samsung Galaxy Mega, which will come in two different versions, one with a 6.3 inch display and one with a 5.8 inch display, and now the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 has appeared at the FCC.
The Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 features a 6.3 inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, it is powered by a dual core 1.7GHz processor and also comes with 1.5GB or RAM.
Other specifications on the Samsung Galaxy Mega include a choice of either 8GB or 16GB of built in storage, there is also a microSD card slot for additional storage that can accept 64GB microSD cards.
The Samsung Galaxy Mega comes with front and rear facing cameras, up front we have a 1.9 megapixel camera for video chat, on the back of the handset there is an 8 megapixel camera which is capable of full HD video.
The Galaxy mega is powered by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the handset also features, NFC, WiFi, GPS, WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, Samsung have yet to announce when the Galaxy Mega will go on sale in the US, the device will launch in Russia next month and then in other countries in Europe after that.
