The Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 is now available from AT&T, the handset retails for $149.99 when you sign up to a new two year contract with AT&T, it is also available for $479.99 without a contract.
The Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 features a6.3 inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, processing is provided by a dual core 1.7GHz processor and it comes with 1.5GB of RAM.
Other specifications on the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 include 16GB of built in storage and a microSD card slot that can take up to 64GB cards, there are also front and rear facing cameras.
On the back of the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 is an 8 megapixel camera which can record full HD video in 1080p, up front there is a 1.9 megapixel camera for video calls.
