The upcoming iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C are expected to make an official appearance on September 10 with the availability after a week and half on September 20 – in most parts of the world. It seems as if the Chinese users may have to wait longer than expected to get their hands on the new Apple devices. Reliable sources of China’s suggest that iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C will debut in China on November 28, almost two months after the expected launch in September.
It is reported that the devices must pass the verification process of China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The process might take some time but the device is destined to make its way to Chinese shores. The report also mentions that iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C will go on sale for 5,599 yuan ($915) and 3,399 yuan ($555).
The prices mentioned may be high if we take into account earlier rumors and analyst reports. Analysts reported that iPhone 5C will be available for sale for $400-500 while iPhone 5S will come with a $600-$700 price tag.
The company is expected to release both models at the same time, this year. The refreshed iPhone 5S is expectedto come in three colors: black, white and gold/champagne. On the other hand, the low-cost iPhone 5C will be available in an array of colors including blue, green, white, red and yellow.
Let’s just take all these rumors with proper amount of salt. Nothing is official until Apple says so. The time is near when we will see how much truth lies in all these rumors.
