Anyone patiently waiting for the launch of the new Razer Nabu X activity tracker that was unveiled earlier this year will be pleased to know that its launch date has now arrived and the Nabu X is now available to purchase from the Razer store priced at $50.
As well as being an activity tracker the $50 device also provides band-to-band communication, together with a discrete notification system using three LEDs and vibrations.
Razer has equipped the activity tracker with a lithium-polymer battery capable of providing up to 7 hours of battery life, its IP67 water resistant up to 1m and runs an open development platform.
“The Razer Nabu X offers a no-screen, no-fuss notification interface, meaning you keep your head up and in the game at all times. It simply vibrates when you get an incoming alert from your phone, and the LEDs light up in customizable colors.”
The Razer Nabu X activity tracker supports both iOS and Android devices in the form of the iPhone 5, 5S, 5C, 6 and Android devices running Google’s Android 4.3 operating system and higher.
