There is no such thing as a bargain Porsche, but if there were the Porsche 911 Carrera and Boxster Black Editions would be them. Both of these new special edition cars get lots of features crammed inside for a slight premium over base models making them very attractive to Porsche shoppers looking for bang for the buck.
The 911 Carrera Black edition gets the standard 3.4L flat-6 packing 350hp and comes in coupe and convertible models with RWD or AWD versions. It gets 20-inch 911 turbo wheels, LED headlights with dynamic lighting system plus, and front/rear park assist. Porsche includes standard surround sound and heated seats as well.
The Boxster Black Edition gets 20-inch Carrera Classic wheels, bi-Xenon headlights, heated seats, two zone AC, and park assist front and rear. Both cars are offered in Jet Black with black interior or optional metallic black colors. The Boxster Black Edition sells for $59,100. The 911 Carrera Black is $88,800 with the AWD version going for $94,800. The Porsche 911 Cabriolet Black Edition starts at $98,500 with the Cabriolet 4 going for $104,600. A destination charge of $995 isn’t included in those prices.
