As well as unveiling their new prototype Polaroid C3 waterproof camera, Polaroid has also finalised the designs for their new Polaroid Socialmatic camera and announced that the new camera will be launching worldwide during the autumn months.
The Polaroid Socialmatic camera is equipped with a 14 megapixel front sensor and a 2 megapixel rear camera and uses ZINK Zero Ink printing technology for smudge-proof, water resistant and tear resistant photos prints almost instantly.
The Polaroid Socialmatic is an Android based camera that also allows you to connect to a number of smartphone and tablet applications allowing you to easily share your photos via its built-in Wi-Fi connection.
On the rear of the Polaroid Socialmatic camera, Polaroid has equipped it with a 4.5 inch touchscreen LCD display that allows users to easily navigate the menus and options featured on the new camera. Polaroid explains a little more about the design of the new camera.
