During Gamescom 2013 the interactive games and entertainment event which is currently in full swing Plantronics have launched a new gaming headset in the form of the Plantronics RIG.
The Plantronics RIG headset has been designed to provide owners with a completely customisable premium audio system seamlessly connecting game and mobile audio whenever needed.
The new Plantronics RIG headset will be arriving in store during the fall of this year and will be priced at around $130 and is the very first member of the Plantronics RIG family offering a premium stereo headset and mixer audio system.
The Plantronics RIG allows users to connect their smartphone into the supplied mixer that enables switching between game chat and taking a phone call ease by a simple touch of the paddle. The mixer also allows you to control background music from your own library of tunes and allows you to customise a mix of game and smartphone sounds including calls, music, and app notifications.
