Peugeot has unveiled its latest SUV, the Peugeot 3008 SUV and it is 80mm longer than the current model and also bigger inside.
The new Peugeot 3008 SUV also comes with more luggage space, it has a capacity of 520 L, this is 90 L more than the previous model.
The New Peugeot 3008 SUV responds to the driver’s need to stay connected while driving and the driver can navigate with confidence, due to facilities like Mirror Screen®, induction Smartphone recharging (for equipment compatible with the Qi standard) and 3D connected navigation.
The 3D navigation stretches realism even further by displaying images of buildings and monuments, while taking into account the contours of the terrain. With a simple touch of a control knob on the steering wheel, it can be transferred from the touch screen to the digital instrument unit for easier viewing. With TomTom® Traffic its connectivity gives real-time visibility of events essential to the journey and access to various other information: local weather, car-parks, service stations, etc. There is also an option to subscribe to TomTom® to receive reliable information on permanent danger areas and temporary risk areas reported by the Community.
The 308 SUV will be available with a choice of four petrol engines and five diesel engines with a choice of either manual or automatic transmission.
Peugeot have said that they will be unveiling their latest SUV at the Paris Motor Show in September, the car will launch in the UK next January.
