We recently heard that the new Oppo R9 smartphone would be announced at an event on the 7th of March and now the handset has appeared on TENNA, which is China’s equivalent of the FCC.
There were were two versions of the handset on TENNA, the Oppo R9 and R9 Plus, both handsets are expected to launch at this months event.
As a reminder the Oppo R9 is rumored to come with a 5.5 inch display and the R9 Plus a 6 inch display, both handsets will have a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The R9 is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and will also come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, plus a microSD card slot for expansion.
The handset will have dual cameras with a 21 megapixel Sony camera on the back and a 13 megapixel camera up front, there will also be a 3700 mAh battery and Android Marshmallow.
