We recently heard that the new OnePlus 2 would be made available for sale without an invite on the 12th of October and OnePlus are also holding a press event on the same date.
We previously heard a number of specifications on the new OnePlus One Mini, which included a MediaTek Helio X10 processor and 2GB of RAM, plus a 5 inch display with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The handset is also rumored to come with 32GB of built in storage, plus front and rear facing cameras, the rear camera is rumored to feature a Sony IMX258 13 megapixel sensor which can record 4K Ultra HD video.
The new OnePlus One Mini is also said to come with a 3000 mAh battery, QuickCharge 2.0 and USB Type-C, the handset is expected to retail for around $250. We will have more details at the OnePlus press event next week.
