NZXT has added a new PC case to their range with the launch of the NZXT Tempest EVO.
The NZXT Tempest EVO PC Case supports a range of motherboards which include E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX, and Baby AT. It is designed to support higher-end graphics cards, power supplies, and server boards, and can take up to a total of 8 HDDs. This makes it an ideal choice for gamers, professionals, and enthusiasts who require a robust and versatile case for their high-performance systems.
Advanced Cooling Capabilities
One of the standout features of the Tempest EVO is its advanced cooling capabilities. The case is well-equipped for overclocking and water cooling enthusiasts with pre-drilled water cooling tube access and support for a dual 120mm radiator at the top panel. This ensures that your system remains cool even under heavy loads, which is crucial for maintaining performance and longevity of your components.
Additionally, the case features multiple fan mounting options, including two 120mm fans at the front, two 140mm fans at the top, one 120mm fan at the rear, and two 120mm fans on the side panel. This extensive cooling setup ensures optimal airflow throughout the case, keeping all your components at safe operating temperatures.
Design and Usability
The Tempest EVO is designed with usability in mind. It features pre-drilled cable routing to improve airflow and give the inside of the case a cleaner look. This not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of your build but also makes it easier to manage cables and maintain the system. The added space behind the motherboard panel, thanks to a punched side panel design, allows for easy heatsink removal and provides ample room for cable management.
The case also includes tool-less drive bays, making it simple to install and remove hard drives and SSDs. This feature is particularly useful for users who frequently upgrade or swap out their storage devices. The front I/O panel is conveniently located and includes USB ports, audio jacks, and an eSATA port, providing easy access to essential connectivity options.
