Numark have added a new addition to their range this week with the unveiling of their new iPad sized Numark Mixtrack Edge ultra-portable DJ controller.
The Numark Mixtrack Edge is equipped with a built-in case, and audio interface, together with all the controls you need for two-deck setups.
The Numark Mixtrack Edge is USB powered and doesn’t need any drivers to be setup and can even use an Apple Camera Connection Kit. Other features include sync, three hot cues, basic beatmatched looping, platter-controller browsing, pitch and headphones mix, and even basic FX and sampler control.
“Mixtrack Edge’s slim low-profile design features an integrated cover to protect the control surface and a full array of bright backlit controls surrounded by brushed aluminum, including sync, hot cue, loop, and two effects controls on each channel. An audio interface is built in for headphone cueing and PA system output. Slim metal platters control pitch bend, pitch fade, song selection, and cue mix.”
The Numark Mixtrack Edge is expected to be priced around $149 or £129 when its arrives in store later this year.
