We have been hearing various rumors about the new Nokia X2 Android smartphone over the last few week, and now Nokia has teased a new device that will be announced next week.
Nokia is teasing an announcement for next Monday, the 23rd of June, and the company is expected to take the wraps off the new Nokia X2.
We previously heard that the Nokia X2 would come with a dual core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, the device is also said to come with 1GB of RAM and n Adreno 305 GPU.
Other rumored specifications on the Nokia X2 include 4GB of built in storage, plus front and rear facing cameras. The front camera is said to be a 0.3 megapixel version and the rear camera is said to be a 5 megapixel model.
The handset is expected to feature a 4.3 inch display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, and when the device was spotted in benchmarks recently, it was running Android 4.3. It is not clear as yet on whether the Nokia X2 will come with Android 4.3, or whether the handset will launch with Android 4.4 Kit Kat.
From the teaser photo that Nokia posted, it looks like the new Nokia X2 will come with similar bright colors to the previous Nokia X. We will have more details on this new Android smartphone from Nokia next week.
