Dr. Rob Lee from Nikola Labs has this week unveiled a unique iPhone case that his company has developed that harvests stray radio waves out of the air to help charge your iPhone battery.
The iPhone case has been designed to slowly help extend your battery life, allowing it to charge your iPhone 6 battery by roughly one third during the day, harvesting radio waves create by services such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and LTE and converting them into DC power.
The Nikola Labs iPhone case will soon be launching over on the Kickstarter crowdfunding website and will be priced at $99 enabling you to slowly harvest these radio waves to help keep your iPhone battery topped up throughout the day.
Due to the case not including any additional battery but just a radio wave harvesting antenna the case profile is much thinner than those of add-on battery packs that have been designed for the iPhone 6 smartphone by manufacturers such as Mophie and others.
