Razer has this week announced new upgrades the company is rolling out to its 14 inch Razer Blade gaming laptop in the form of a 4K Ultra HD screen together with a range of Intel Kaby Lake processors to choose from.
The optional 4K capacitive multitouch display offers users a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and provides a higher resolution than the standard 1920 x 1080 pixel IPS matte screen. The new 14 inch Razer Blade gaming laptop can now be powered by a choice of processor and for $1,900 Razer offers an Intel Core i7-7700HQ quad-core processor supported by NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics, and 16GB of RAM. Other features of the gaming laptop include 3 x USB 3.0 ports, 1 x Thunderbolt 3/USB-C port, this1 x HDMI 2.0 and 7.1 channel audio output via HDMI as well as the obligatory headset jack.
Storage options include 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB solid state drives (SSD) in the system is equipped with a 70 Wh battery to help provide enough juice to keep the high-powered processor and graphics chips running even when not plugged in to the grid.
