Nokia launched their Nokia 7 smartphone in China today and the handset was made available as part of a flash sale. Yesterday we heard that pre-registrations of the handset had reached 150,000.
It looks like the new Nokia 7 is going to be a popular device for HMD as the handset has sold out in minutes in China, although there are no details on how many units of the device were made available.
The Nokia 7 comes with a 5.2 inch IPS display that features a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it features a Snapdragon 630 . There are two versions, one with 4GB of RAM and the other with 6GB of RAM.
The device features a 5 megapixel front camera and a 16 megapixel rear camera. The handset features Nokia’s Bothie feature that lets you take photos and record videos with both cameras at the same time.
The handset will start shipping out to customers on the 31st of October, HMD are expected to announce another flash sale for the handset some time soon. As yet there are no details on when the handset will launch outside of China.
