We saw a number of new devices from Microsoft at their press event yesterday, which includes some new smartphones and tablets, the company also announced their new Microsoft Band 2.
The Microsoft Band 2 features a curved OLED display that comes with Gorilla Glass 3, the display measures 32mm x 12.8mm and has a resolution of 320 x 128 pixels.
The new band comes with a battery which will last up to 48 hours and it features a range of sensor, which you can see below.

- GPS
- Ambient light sensor
- Skin temperature sensor
- UV sensor
- Capacitive sensor
- Galvanic skin response
- Microphone
- Barometer
The device comes with Microsoft’s Cortana built in and it is compatible with Windows 8.1 devices and above, Apple’s iOS devices running iOS 8.1.2 and above, plus Android 4.4 and above.
