Yesterday we saw the new 2014 Retina MacBook Pro range, and now it looks like Apple has another new mac on the way, a new Mac Mini.
The last Mac Mini was introduced in 2012, and now references to a 2014 Mac Mini (Mid 2014) have appeared on Apple’s support website.
The reference to the new Mac Mini (2014) can be seen in the screenshot below, Apple has since updated their support pages and the device is no longer listed.
What is interesting is that this new Mac Mini is referred to as a (Mid 2014) model, which would mean that if Apple were going to launch the device, it should gave launched by now.
If Apple does decide to release an updated Mac Mini, then we can expect it to come with the latest Intel processors like the new Retina MacBook Pro range.
We would also expect the device to maybe get some design updates, as the design of the current Mac Mini has remained the same for some time.
As soon as we get some more details on whether we will see an update Mac Mini some time this year, we could possibly see it at the iPhone 6 event in September, we will let you guys know.
