Google has this week unveiled a new wide range of Android Wear Watch Bands they have created, called the MODE Snap-and-swap watch bands, which has been specifically designed for Android Wear wrist worn smartwatches.
The new Android Wear watchbands feature a unique slide button demos grated below that allows users to easily attach and detach the straps depending on your preferences for the day. Enabling users to match your individual tastes and fashion style.
The new Android Wear Watch Bands are available in four widths and should fit most Android Wear smart watches, as well as work on mechanical watches if preferred, says Google, who explains more :
This first collection comes in a rainbow of colors, and is available in leather and silicone, so you can easily go from the office to the gym to a night out. This is just the beginning. We want Android Wear to give you as much choice as possible, so we’ll be sharing the MODE mechanism design and source with other brands to use to create their own snap-and-swap watch bands. To help brands get started, we’ve created a vendor playbook with instructions, requirements and brand guidelines.
