Subscribers to the Virgin Media TiVo set-top box service in the UK might be interested to know that Virgin Media has now made available the awesome Netflix streaming media service available to customers in the UK after a successful trial which has been running over the past few months.
Virgin Media subscribers will be able to log on to the new service which is rolling out over the next few days and will add to the already existing range of on demand content provided by Tivo. Netflix series worth a mention include House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, Arrested Development and Hemlock Grove.
The new partnership between the new media streaming companies will benefit both parties in allowing them to both sign up new subscribers and also locking the existing subscribers by offering them new content throughout the TiVo service.
To engage more TiVo owners to signup for the Netflix service the company is offering a six-month free trial to Virgin Media customers who are currently paying for one of its Premiere or VIP Collections subscriptions.
