Professional video gaming has experienced an astronomical rise in popularity over the last five years. However many PC eSports enthusiasts, particularly those with console gaming backgrounds, are discouraged from entering competitions due to the lack of a gamepad that can challenge the success of keyboard and mouse control.
Having already developed a reputation for producing innovative PC gaming accessories, NACON’s latest pioneering product is set to change that. The Alpha Pad is a PC controller capable of elite-level performance across all gaming genres. The world’s first eSports-ready gamepad, it offers the ergonomic and intuitive movement control benefits of a controller and the precision and customisability of a mouse and keyboard.
Developed with the help of world champion pro-gamer Norman “GEN1US” Chatrier and the French eSports Academy, the Alpha Pad has been put through its paces by top professional players. With its unique abilities and affordable price point, it offers PC gamers a whole new way to take part in eSports.
The NACON GC-400ES Alpha Pad is now available to back via the Indiegogo crowdfunding website with pledges starting from just $59, which includes shipping to Europe, US and Canada. Jump over via the link below for full specifications and more details.
