Finally, we have some sort of confirmation about the upcoming Moto X. Motorola has started sending out invites for its press event that is scheduled on 1st August in New York. The not-so-secret Moto X has been the center of attraction from past few weeks. We have seen all sorts of things – images, teasers, videos and what not—related to Moto X. We have even seen Eric Schmidt using the infamous Moto X a few days back.
The invite clearly reads “Moto X” that means we have every reason to believe that Motorola will unveil the much awaited Moto X on August 1. The Moto X brings mid-tier specifications but the reason for all the hype are the customizability options that it brings.
As far as the release date is concerned, it has already been leaked, thanks to Verizon roadmap, that the device will hit the Big Red on 23rd August. While the launch date for US Cellular appears to be 26 August. I guess all we have to do is wait and see what Motorola has to stay about it.
Until then, just mark your calendars for 1st August. We will keep you update about what the Google-owned company has to say on August 1st.
Stay Tuned.
